This small, and beautiful wedding happened in Santa Rosa, California, and I was pleased and honored to witness and be a photographer for Gia and Justin. Images from this wedding are showing how important is engagement session in order for photographer and wedding couple to know each other. Also, willingness of bride and groom to be part of the process of creating their timeless images. Engagement sessions are great, because they are low pressure in terms of time limit, and usually last around two hours. During that time I try to feel the personality and emotions of my object and to show them in my photographs. Engagement session with Gia and Justin was almost six months before their wedding day, and during that time we met few times and talked about details of the wedding ceremony. Their wedding was at Fontaingrove Golf and Athletic Club near Santa Rosa, California. When I saw the location I knew that this amazing place has tremendous potential for photography. Knowing my clients and the potential of this beautiful place, I was just hoping that we will have enough time between the ceremony and reception to create images, which can express the love,happiness and beautiful personality of Gia and Justin.We had about 45 minutes for our session, and together with best men, bridesmaids and the help of my assistant Gita, and with the help of mother nature, we were able to capture and create Gia and Justin's story.
